A fruit-forward and beautifully balanced wine, the nose and palate are filled with notes of coffee cake, raisins, blackberry, and boysenberry.
I love this wine with my Sommelier friends, and tend to add this into the mix with other Southern Rhône regions such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas. Its ample aromas of cranberry, layers of dark plum and cracked white pepper lead to cassis and subtle touches of dried sage.

“Generous flavors and texture resonates with the wine to the deepness of the dish – from spice to fruit – WOW”
Inviting aromas of ripe cherry, blueberry and baking spices. The dynamic palate shows a beautiful balance of bright raspberry and plum complemented by notes of root beer and nutmeg.
I recently enjoyed this with dinner recently with friends visiting from Las Vegas, and they were blown away by the focused fruit and could not identify if it was from Burgundy or Domestic. Expect pronounced red fruits of pomegranate and traces of cranberry, combined with subtle rose petals, sage bush, and dry tea leaves.
Try it with: Pan Roast Brined Chicken, Sorrel Salad, Shallot-Glazed Purple Dragon Carrots, Warm Brown-Butter Sage Vinaigrette

Rich and robust, dark inky and purple hues fill the glass while aromas of anise, raspberry pie and pomegranate emerge. Full-bodied and packed with dark fruit, spice and a hint of tobacco.
Gorgeous bouquet of watermelon and raspberry on the nose. It is full and lush with a hint of minerality and a touch of lime. The mouthwatering acidity on the finish leaves you going in for another sip.
